From 8th May to 19th May, 2023.

For Healthy Fruit Time, here are some suggestions for parents to prepare a single serving of fruit for snack time:

  1. Apple slices with a side of almond butter or peanut butter
  2. A small cup of mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  3. Sliced or cubed watermelon or cantaloupe
  4. A banana or clementine orange
  5. Grapes or cherries
  6. Pre-cut fruit salad with a variety of fruits
  7. Fruit kabobs with a variety of fruits on a skewer
